SHARDOR's M1 Mode is designed for pour-over coffee. To use this mode, first, double-click the power key on the screen to switch to "M1". Next, set up your pour-over coffee maker, soak the coffee filter, and dump the waste water. Click the power button to reset the weight. Then, add the ground coffee powder and click the "T" button to reset to zero and automatically record the powder weight. Finally, start pouring in the water, and the system will automatically start recording the time and water injection volume. After the extraction is complete, it will display the powder-water ratio and powder weight.

For espresso coffee, the M2 Mode is available. First, weigh the empty portafilter, then add the coffee powder and weigh it again. Double-click the power key to switch to "M2" mode. Place the container on the scale, and the intelligent system will automatically reset to zero. As the extraction liquid enters the cup, the timing and liquid weight will be automatically displayed. Stop the dripping or remove the cup, and the timing and weighing will stop.

When charging the SHARDOR coffee scale, please ensure that the physical switch on the side is turned on. It is recommended to use a 5V DC1A-2A adapter. The maximum weight capacity of the coffee scale is 73oz.

The coffee scale can measure the espresso shot extraction time in the smart M2 mode, automatically recording the time and liquid weight. The tare function allows you to reset the scale to zero after placing a container or other item on it. Simply press the right power key to reset the weight to zero. The coffee scale provides two weighing units, grams and ounces, which can be switched by double-clicking the "T" button.
